Walking in i was surprised to see it was quite full and nicely decorated. We did not partake in the hot pot but instead just went the more traditional route of stir fry dishes, which were decent, but not anything special. They did have this little robot thing that carried the food to the tables. That was kinda cool. Overall it's a decent place to go for chinese food. Not fabulous, but definitely not awful.
We love the food here! Been here many times and it has never failed to impress. Great stir fry options, really nice service, and a very cute robot delivery system My favorite though is the hotpot everyone gets their individual burners and soup bases so you can really play around with the flavors and their ingredients are always fresh - its so much fun!!! Make sure to book a private room if you are a large party - those rooms are super cute Highly recommend
Today’s dining experience was honestly unbelievably bad. I was happily listening to a podcast and enjoying my dinner when I suddenly found a hair in the stir-fried pork after I had already eaten about half of the dish. After I spoke with the restaurant, they only gave me two options: either have the dish remade or have it taken off the bill. I chose to have it comped. Two people spent over $150 here, and it was honestly disappointing. The broth was incredibly bland and lacked any real flavor, and the meat tasted far from fresh. For this price, the quality just wasn’t there. Save your money and go to KPOT instead. At least it’s significantly cheaper, and you’ll get much better value for what you pay. This place charges premium prices without delivering a premium experience.
