I went here last night with a friend and her family who are from another country where their tipping culture is not the same as the US. Before the check even came, the service was honestly subpar. My friend’s father paid the check and left a 10% tip as this is what is usually given in their country. After our waitress, who was also apparently the owner, got our check, she came back and asked us in a room with multiple other guests why we tipped her so low and to give her a higher tip. This is possible my worst restaurant experience in years. I was shocked by the behavior of the owner during my visit. After leaving a tip, the owner approached me in front of all the other customers to complain that the tip was less than the industry standard and questioned if their service 'wasn't good enough.'
