Averaging over 200 porches a year, we have set the pace for the competition by using only triple coated deck screws and hot dipped galvanized connectors. Great job done by Frank. He fixed the stairs for one of my clients properties. After he fixed it, the city inspection passed and we were able to remove the code violation.
