Averaging over 200 porches a year, we have set the pace for the competition by using only triple coated deck screws and hot dipped galvanized connectors. We reached out to Mr. Porch in March 2018 to receive a quote on power washing and sealing our 3-level, large deck at a 14 unit condo association. Frank was professional, friendly and confident. We had a quote within a few days, and signed a few weeks later after comparing other offers. We were told that they wouldn't be able to give us more than a 48-hour notice, but that their schedule was fairly open and they could have us done by mid-May. It's now mid-July.
