If I could give zero I would, they came, didn't fix a thing and left. Dispatcher was told what was wrong before coming and knew I had home shield. They would not fix anything but take pictures and said they'd come back another day if approved by home shield. Home shield immediately approved the request and asked why the person left the house without fixing the leaking pipes.
I would give a zero star, but it’s not allowed. This guys makes do everything when it comes to calling anyone. In my case, the warranty company, the supplier, and even file for my own permit. He even made me leave my job so I can meet him at the supplier and pay at from from the water heater. After the first installation, he was supposed to call back 2 days after to finish the job. After 1 week, I had to follow up because he forgot. The second attempt he showed up 3 hours late. He claimed that he worked so hard to get the jo... read more
If there’s anything less than zero he deserves it, they came to put a hot water heater in on Friday, it is still not working. I have tried to call him 24 hours later still no reply. So my advice go to someone else
