As much as I hate to say this, I’m going to be finding a new pizza place (after close to 10 years of patronage). This is not the Stoner’s that I have grown to know & love. Each time I order now, my pizza is nothing but cheese....the extra ingredients that I order & pay over a dollar for each are pretty much non-existent. And my order is never 100% correct anymore, there is always at least 1 thing wrong or missing. Worst ordering experience ever! My order totaled at $67 and was told I would have an hour to an hour and a half wait which I agreed to. I order my food at 715 pm, I call at exactly 9pm just to get a status update on my order, "its on the way". Look up just how far this place is 5 minutes 1.5 miles to be exact. Call back at 940 just for someone to tell me, "oh we thought your order was for pick up, do you want us to deliver it to you"....... The Stoner’s in Georgetown is a disgrace. This is the third time I ordered from them and my food was wrong and had poor presentation. The only reason I went back this time cause I had a 20 credit due to my bad experience last time. You would’ve thought they would’ve went above and beyond but nope. They forgot my bread for my salad. Just got a large pizza. Tough as steak. Not fresh. Cheese bread was good
the specialty pizzas and bourbon wing sauce were quite tasty and just what we needed when driving into Savannah.
We’ve been eating STONERS pizza for a while. Tonight we ordered a white sauce pizza. It was like cardboard. When I called and spoke with them, I was told they don’t really have white sauce. They use a Feta cheese spread. Really! I ordered Feta cheese for pizza topping. Never again!!Papa Johns has an awesome white sauce pizza!! Stick with what you know
They screwed up my order and took forever to fix it. They did give it it me free, but it took over an hour just to get two large pizzas. Will be looking for another pizza joint in my area. While waiting I saw other orders getting screwed up as well. There was a polite lady who gave me a Coke while waiting.
