This place is the absolute worst on Long Island. Unprofessional doesn’t begin to describe my experience with them. Replaced my wrx engine, with a leaky “new” engine, they over tuned the car to the point Where I could literally watch the gas gauge go down as the engine ran. When I brought it back they acted annoyed & “fixed” my leaky new engine with gorilla glue on the OUTSIDE of the leak. I had high hopes for this shop due to the high ratings received but I am disappointed with the service provided. Went in for a Dyno Tune as well as a set of 3 tests. Got my vehicle back and it is now having issues with the Tune that was given and the car is not functioning well. Tried calling back for 4 days and not a single answer. Got an answer finally but was told to call back later to see if I’d be able to bring it in. Called later at the time told to call back and no answers once again. Ryan is a pleasure to deal with. I’ve been to every Subaru shop on Long Island and he definitely stands out. This was my first tuner car and he was super helpful helping me learn enough to make a good decision about my setup. As far as the tuner goes, I’ve been tuned 3x with different set ups. My car is the strongest and smoothest it’s felt yet. These guys did a great job for me and I highly recommend them
