Andrew and Sabrina are total PROS at carpet cleaning. I was referred to Mr Peabody's by a friend how owns a carpet retailer and they always refer their customers here. My dog had GI issues that made a mess on our wool carpet + urine accidents on our Persian rug. Andrew and Sabrina to the rescue! I previously had Stanley Steemer come and they were much less expensive and much worse in quality! I learned that you get what you pay for!
Mr Peabodys have been cleaning my carpet for years. As always Andrew did a fantastic job. Very professional and courteous. Highly recommended
Mr Peabody‘s is a great carpet cleaning company wonderful customer service thanks to Andrew for doing an amazing job on my carpets and upholstery and paying such close attention to detail. Definitely will be rescheduling again.
UPDATE: After posting my review below, less than 24 hours later I received a phone call from Bryan. He was very gracious and apologized for my negative experience. I appreciated that he explained more details of the situation while also not making excuses. I felt heard and respected. He even went as far as to offer to repair our customer relationship when I need my carpets cleaned in the future. That was a very kind gesture on their part.
