Mr. Pave did an amazing job on my mom’s driveway. He quoted the job and was doing the installation within a week. His price was competitive and we are really happy with the end product! Thanks Mr Pave!
Have left 4 different voicemails on their machine over the course of 4 weeks. 3 of these calls were made between 10:00am and 2:00pm on a weekday, and were greeted with a voicemail saying "our business hours are 9am to 5pm monday through friday...". WHY ISN'T ANYBODY ANSWERING YOUR PHONE DURING YOUR BUSINESS HOURS FOR A MONTH STRAIGHT? All of the calls go to voicemail to be buried unanswered. Lack of basic professionalism.

Put in an online request on 9/4 for an estimate to be done on 9/13. Tom came out on 9/13 and measured and quoted me a price. We agreed on the work and price and I was told they would be in contact with me to set up service…here we are now 10/10 and no one has reached out to me. I have called and also sent 2 emails and a text back to Tom for some follow up as to when work would be done. Extremely disappointed in the lack of response.
