Hands down the best homemade pasta place in Miami. I’ve lived in Miami for 13 years, and ever since I discovered them, I’ve never bought boxed pasta again. Everything is incredibly fresh and delicious. One feedback: I would love to see the plastic bags and Styrofoam trays replaced with more eco-friendly packaging, like cardboard or recycled paper options. Living near the beach, protecting our environment is so important, and I think this change would make an already amazing business even better.
