Recently had my windshield replaced here. Exceptional customer service ! Job done quick and efficiently. Easy communication and the use of their courtesy car was an added bonus ! Highly recommend
Had a very bad experience with another place, that replaced my back window but messed up the wires for the defrost and light. Les, fixed it right up. He is very fast and professional but also very friendly and caring. He explained everything, so I understand what was going on and he even had a loaner vehicle I could use to run an errand while he worked. I will definitely being returning to him for any future business and I highly recommend him to anyone in need.
I have always used larger chain type windshield repair / replacement companies in the past. However, this is the second time that Les has worked on my cars’ windshields. The first time on my suv was super quick and easy. This time, on my wife’s vehicle, was also just as quick easy. Both times were for windshield stone chip repairs. Les was very professional, personable, and efficient. Both times, I got lucky and was in and out in less than 30 minutes 👍🏼 I highly recommend Les and his company!
Took my Toyota Tacoma here cause all the shops in town will do the windshield camera calibrations themselves. Not this fella, he takes it to the dealer which is exactly what I wanted. I was Leary at first to go to a smaller operation. I took the chance (I am very particular about my truck) and when I met him I knew I’d made the right choice. This man is a craftsman.
