We’ve had a great experience from start to finish with Mr. Natural Wood Floors! Tim was great about quickly getting us scheduled, working with our timeline and quoting a fair price. We were beyond impressed with the workmanship and professionalism of Levi and Andrew. They paid close attention to detail, were extremely efficient and answered all of our questions. We could tell they really care about and enjoy the work that they do. The finished product exceeded our expectations. Would HIGHLY recommend Mr. Natural Wood Floors!

I can't enough great things about Tim and his crew. Punctual, informative, professional is a good start. Love my floor! And, it was so reasonably priced! I have put off installing a hardwood floor because I thought the cost was going to be prohibitive. From the company that delivered the flooring to Tim and his crew, this was a great experience all around. I am already thinking about an install for my upstairs bedrooms!

We needed a repair that also required refinishing of our entire first floor. Tim was patient with my many questions, my rescheduling, and handled my concerns with professionalism. Matt and team did a great job on the floors, you can’t even notice the repair, and the floors are more beautiful than the original!

Edited to add: We did have one problem with our floor work, in a patched area, one of the floor boards would sink when pressed or stepped on, in a high traffic area, and it got a large, long crack. It took more hounding than I would have liked to get it fixed, but ultimately, the fix got done, and I'm glad for that. ********* Tim is one of the best home professionals I've ever worked with. Edited to add: I was really happy with the work done by Tim and his staff; however, soon after the work was finished, I found boards cracking in an area that had been patched, one quite badly cracked due to that end of the board sinking considerably when stepped on and in a high traffic area. I contacted Tim and he told me not to worry and that he was willing to come look at it, so I thought no problem. But once I tried to organize a time for that to happen, I got no response.
