Brought my car into the shop and requested they replace my entire exhast from the catalytic converter- back. Once they looked at my car, they advised the muffler didnt need done, despite being told by 2 other shops that it did. So I agreed to have the work done. 4/14/17 Went to Mr Muffler and was treated well. Time was a little long but people ahead of me. Work and price was good. I gave Mr. Muffler a 4 Star Rating online cause nobody is perfect. OH. It was also Good Friday and they were short handed!

I went there with a broken muffler in 2 places. I was told it would cost like 350 to fix it. Its a older car and I only had ~100 dollars to spend and I was worried my catalytic would break off if something wasn't done. I was shown mercy and they fixed the car for less. If your gonna take your muffler somewhere this is the place.

I have had a chane to use this shop on two consecutive occasions. Based on some of the comments, I was execting the worse. However, I have been very pleased with the profesionalism, the competitive prices, and the interaction with the customer to help educate. They showed me whet needed to be done and did exactly what they stated. In both cases, it was done promptly and I have been pleased with the results. It had been a while since I had used this shop.
