Marshall was super kind and efficient. he was even very kind even tho we had a miscommunication and me and my mother didn't have our money on us but he just was like "okay take her to go get the money" its rare you walk into a business and they are that caring and understanding. would recommend 10/10. best customer service ive ran into i felt welcome even with my high social anxiety/shyness.
Mr. Muffler is seriously the best in Mt. Pleasant hands down! He has helped me out so many times and his prices are super reasonable! 5 stars!
Fantastic work for a great price! They did a full service oil change for $20 and also threw out the random napkins and paper receipts I had on my floor board. Though they absolutely did not have to do that it was a very nice gesture. They were also super fast which I appreciate a lot.
A big thanks to Marshall and the guys for getting my brakes done in a extremely prompt manner!!! I will be back!!!
They were honest with me and said I did not need new brake pads because of them being 50 percent worn. I recommend Mr. Muffler!
Marshall seems to be very honest and fair. I had my fuel filter put on by him. Which wasn't very easy cause my car was a mess under there. They did great.
