So I had an old roof on my rental. I was afraid this would cost me a bit. Called this company. Owner picked up. Guys name is Benito - after speaking on the phone with me for about 20 minutes - he sent his guy to check out my roof. He was here next day at 8AM. Best part? He got my insurance to pay - so it costed me nothing. Super happy. New roof in no time and money in hand.
