Horrible business practices. Was quoted one price on phone. Workers came. Unprofessional to say the least. Missing items after work was done. Owner showed up schmoozing with the guys in the morning and left in a truck and showed up in a Benz then disappeared till he came for payment of almost double the estimate. Workers stole, did drugs in my bathroom and the was basically robbed being charged double and fence looked like a blind person pressure washed it and when I asked if that's all the prep needed to paint they laughed ... read more

I'm with Karen.H on this one. Very inconsiderate leaves the people who were with him at the start of his business hanging and if you write a bad review and he sees you in public he will curse at you because of what you wrote. No business man com artist more like it.

Dear Ms. Hunkley, I am the one that took your call during the height of the Jan. 27th blizzard. After taking hundreds of calls for Mr. Moe's Services, I got your distressed call. I explained to you that Mr. Moe's could NOT take on any new clients but because you were concerned about your elderly aunt, and I felt for you, I said I would try to get someone out to your property for an ESTIMATE. Called this company on Saturday morning. Was promised someone would come out and give an estimate for snow removal that day and I would be emailed a quote the next morning on Sunday. No email and no phone call until Tuesday. Don't waste your time on this company. Only giving one start because it's impossible to give none. If things come up have the courtesy to pick up the phone and call people back.
