Wonderful service! The front wheel of my scooter got damaged and fell off. We brought it to Mr. Mobility Medical in Leesburg to see if they could repair it. Mathew was friendly and courteous, He replaced the tire and fixed the fender in less than 20 minutes. He removed the scooter from the car and put it back too. Hard for us being in our 80s. All for a reasonable cost.
We recently brought a motorized scooter in for repair. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They repaired our scooter in a fast and efficient manner. Just had a ramp installed on my Subaru Forester. I was very nervous that I was not going to be able to work the ramp, load and unload the wheel chair, or have access to the trunk area. Matthew assured me that it would work correctly or he would make it right. The original ramp mechanism was more than I could handle. Well, true to his word, Matthew replaced the spring arm that was giving me problems getting access to the trunk. Really good business they do a good job
Have used Mr. Mobility two times, one at the store another with home service. Both times I had excellent service and a very knowledgeable staff. My scooter is not a brand they carry, but ordering the parts and the prompt service was 5 star
