This is my third year as a Mr. Meticulous customer. The first year I hired him for weekly lawn maintenance and fall clean up. I rehired him for the 2nd year for the same services and additionally to complete a design and renovation of my front yard landscaping after 7 ash trees had to be removed due to disease and the remainder of my landscaping was dead and dying. Very pleased with the service Tony provided for my snow removal needs. We switched this year as our past contractor was not providing satisfactory service. Tony has done an outstanding job keeping my driveway clear this snow season. He was prompt and arrived to clear driveway before we all had to go to work and school. His job was not easy as he had to navigate 2 additional park cars in driveway. Despite that he did an excellent job and did not leave any trails or clumps of snow. I would highly recommend his services.
I am submitting a review on be half of Mr. Meticulous Landscape for his outstanding service though out the 11+ yrs. we have contracted him for both landscape and snow plowing services. I wrote the owner a thank you letter recently and he asked me if i could forward my praises to the bbb as no one ever post positive comments. After reading the few negative comments I couldn't believe what i was reading. Asked for quote for spring cleanup; estimator missed one tree at back of property and I didn't notice it was missed on quote either; asked owner after work was done to take care of tree; said it wasn't part of quote but would stop back and take care of it which I thought was not only nice, but good business - but he never did. I texted several times and owner did not respond; was a bit rude when he finally responded and said he now wanted it to be paid for; changed his manner once he was paid - in full.
