Very thorough and professional
MR Mechanical is the best AC repair company in Dallas. I have been with them for over a decade and have had the same two technicians each time. Their primary concern is to help people and it shows it how they do their work. I also appreciate the fact that I have a 20+ year old unit that still keeps us cool in this crazy heat.
Worked with Jaime. He provided a good review of the system, potential issues and differences with the newer refrigerants. Jaime is also going to look into replacement options to potentially save a few $ and provide an estimate on the repair.
