Top notch folks. If you want someone to just fix your problem go elsewhere. If you want someone to holistically evaluate your situation and provide sound advice these are your guys!
I would not recommend Mr. Mechanical. Our landlord recommended them for service at our studio, but they do not have transparent pricing practices. When they quote you for a fix, they fail to include the full price. For instance, we called because our AC was not working. They came out and quoted us $1800 to patch the coil and refill the leaked freon. They failed to include the close to $400 in additional fees they charge to come out and assess the problem. It is disappointing that we rate an outfit not for product or service but opining a matter not germane to the function of the biz. Then taking a look at other ratings & see majority of the comments negative. Momma said: If you ain't got nuttin' good to say it is best to say nuttin' at all. Good luck on finding positive outlets. Just saying. . . . . .
Had a very pleasant experience with Rob and Sammy. Very punctual, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Everything was explained thoroughly and shown to me. Checked everything to make sure it was all working before they left my house. Would recommend and use again!
