These people operate their business like a bunch of thugs. They provide terrible customer service and their machines to not freeze in the time they advertise. If you dare complain to the owner he will try to bully you by cursing you and calling you an idiot. I can not believe a business owner would treat customers the way he does. There are plenty of other companies out there that would appreciate your business so please take my advice and take your money elsewhere. Stay Away!

AWFUL EXPERIENCE! First off the guy showed up 6 hours late to drop of the machine. Then it took 9 hours for the drinks to freeze. When we tried to call the owner he they yelled at us and blamed the whole situation on operator error. The driver who brought the machine has lied to the owner saying that we werent there and that is why is was late but in reality he called us and informed us that he forgot our paper work. I picked up the machine, took it to the event location plugged it in and watched smoke pore out of it. Called the emergency number on a Friday at noon. Got a reply 6 hours later. I rented the Karoke machine and a margarita machine rental for our anniversary party. The Karaoke rental was a HUGE hit and the equipment was OVER THE TOP!!! The lady was exceptionally nice and very helpful every time I called with questions! This company gets a gold star for making my party the best ever! And the margaritas were very tasty!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PARTY RENTAL STORE!
