Well, it has been two weeks since they were to come out and fix our pool light that is not working properly after installation during our pool renovation, and I haven't heard a word from them. We recently had our pool resurfaced by Mr. Marcite. It is a labor intensive and expensive procedure. The pool came out great and it looks beautiful. 6 months later my wife noticed that she was using the hose to add water more often than usual. She suspected we might have a leak. We called Mr. Marcite when we confirmed that the leak was located in the ports attached to the Spa portion of the pool. We were told not to worry, if the pool was leaking, they would fix it.
