We went in for a To-Go order and they asked two other customers behind us what their order was first cause they were regulars… so not great service
Good value for money on lunch deals.
I go to Mr. Mambos pretty often, and have never received this level or bad service. Was greeted by the hostess, and she told me she would be right back. I proceeded to get ignored by all other waitstaff for about 5-7 minutes. I would've been fine except when other customer's would come in. Someone was ready to greet them and get them seated. I was ignored and not even asked if I was dining in. This sucks because I like Mr. Mambos, its always a good go to restaurant in the area, but I won't be dining there again after this
Oh it was such a good experience! Every one was so nice and kind. Food was DELICIOSO and SUPER FAST!! We will be back at some point 😋🥰
