I had a great experience! They cleaned about 750 sq. ft. of carpet in my apartment (3 rooms and a hallway), and everything turned out amazing. My carpet wasn’t in terrible shape to begin with, but I have a medium-sized dog and a small cat, so I mainly wanted to freshen it up and get rid of any pet odors.
