I’m adding my review because I called Mr.Madison based on the review of others. I hired Mr. Madison to clean my couch. After a short visit he announced that he couldn’t get my couch clean but still charged me the entire service fee. I usually rent my own machine, put in some time and elbow grease and my couch comes out looking brand new! I was short on time for a party and thought I could hire it done. Chris and Christian, from Mr Madison’s Carpet, were prompt, diligent, and highly professional. They charged a fair price and were above anything else, super honest. Would recommend them for any carpet, hardwood, or furniture cleaning needs!! Excellent job and hoping to use them again in the next year or two.
