Its veterans appreciation day. Got a free oil change. Great staff. Knowledgeable and no forced overselling.
Watch out for the Sticker Scam here! After spending $130 for synthetic oil in an oil change,they handed me a reminder sticker saying "c'mon back in 5000k/3mo". The recommended interval from Subaru is 10000km/6mo. It is appalling that they would scam people into spending 2x what they need to for oil changes! No doubt they're doing it on purpose- greed!! They got the $ out of me once and lost me forever as a customer. Pay attention to the stickers- just another mental load you have to take on because of corporate avarice.
My only complaint is the guys working on your car don't honor your deals online. I came in for $239 of work and that included new wiper blades. There was a deal online for free wiper blades and they still charged me and didn't refund my money when requested. Careful people. Im sick of the scammers in this town!!! We work hard for our money not to be ripped off. I will not be back
