Ok! I will try and make this as short as I can! The staff here have all changed and there is only one original guy here-on Saturday I went for an oil change and had the worst customer service-upsell experience ever in this location!!! I had an exceptional experience at this Mr. Lube location! The entire team was incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. They did a quick and highly efficient job on my vehicle. What I appreciated the most was their honesty and empathy—they never tried to push unnecessary services and were completely transparent throughout the process. Their customer service is truly top-notch. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for fast, reliable, and friendly service!
Very satisfied with the customer service and vehicle maintenance they were able to provide. Automotive technicians were knowledgeable and professional.
