Poor service. Had to stay extra one hour due to replacing my vehicle filter with wrong product/size. Did not have enough specific oil for my vehicle. Someone had to go get the right oil from another shop. Manager did not even bother to drop by to speak to me.

I’m writing a negative review because I went in there to get a transmission oil change and Mr.Lube went ahead and did it on my Honda knowing quite well that their fluid is not compatible with my Honda even though they say it is, it’s not you could’ve wrecked my transmission Honda said do not do that again and I’m very annoyed that somebody like Mr. lube would rather take the money and wreck my car then be honest and tell me they don’t do that service on Honda.
