I should have checked the reviews before going there. I agree with the client that spoke about them trying to upsell. My experience was way more upsetting and fraudulent. Went in for the 50% off oil change promotion, they said I needed a engin flush as there was no oil showing on my dip stick. I authorized this, then they tried to say I needed a transmission flush at over $300.00 and I declined. Then paid the bill and realized they slipped in a fuel system flush that was not authorized. I went in for a simple oil change. My bill came to $650, so I had to call a mechanic friend to get a second opinion. He had to speak directly with the mechanic to clarify that I just wanted an oil change. They lowered the bill to $163. If you’re a woman or don’t know much about car mechanics, I’d recommend being wary of this place. I’d already done a lot of maintenance 2 months prior, and what they proposed wasn’t necessary.

Honestly feel more at ease with my vehicle now, Philip the manager did a thorough check on my vehicle and helped me understand what was going on & what was needed to be done. Make sure to do the services they remind you about!! It will save you in the long run. If you don’t know cars, Mr Lube knows cars, thanks team!
