I went to Mr. Lube + Tires for an oil change. The customer service from Purba & Shawn was exceptional. They were very kind, patient, caring and knowledgeable. I will be going back and I highly recommend their services.
We woke up Sunday morning about to finish the last leg of our 22 day road trip in our RV when we noticed a tire looked low. Being a Sunday, most places were closed but this place was open and a worker stopped right away to help us out. He checked all the tires, topped off the low one, and we are back on the road.
What really stood out was the complimentary courtesy check they performed. It gave me peace of mind, knowing they were looking out for any potential issues beyond just the oil .
