They guys refuse to retorq my vehicle and explaining useless stuff that it will brake my vehicle nut, doesn't make any sense. I used to get a lot of my company vehicle oil change through another Mr lube but now I will stop using them.
I've been to this Mr. Lube a few times now for different services, and each time it has been exceptional. They have gone above and beyond and have provided detailed information, help, and service. The team there are understanding, well-versed and thorough in their work and are very friendly. I do recommend this location for service; I can't say comparative for pricing to other places, but I think it is well worth from what they do.
Great service at Mr. Lube! Friendly staff, quick service, and very professional. Highly recommend!
Far from great is a understatement, I was in this morning to get the oil changed on a old 2006 chevy 3500, the engine was recently changed out with a 5.3L, and because of this they denied me my oil change, to me this blows my mind, they seemed mad at me for having the engine swapped out and basically treated me like I was a peice of dirt and so now I leave this review as I wait for corporate to contact me back, because they refused to do there job my truck now gets to suffer good job Mr.lube, no worries I'll stick with great... read more
