People who work there they are incompetent and Unprofessional I won't go there again . I suggest anyone not to go .Yesterday evening I take my car for an oil change . They asked me what service I want . I clearly mentioned oil change . They check engine air filter trying to convince me That Should change it for $60+Taxes . I said no . Always had a good experience here, they are through; however today I arrived at 845am to get my oil changed and they recommended a transmission fluid change. I had a very important appointment that I could not miss at 10am so I asked them how long and was told 5-10 minutes. It has now been 35 min and they are still not done and I am screwed! Don’t lie about timing just to make a sale, this could mess up my life!
Bad experience with Mr Lube in Colwood, Victoria BC. I trusted them, and then subsequently checked the advice with the manufacturers service requirements and my extended warranty. The service they provided was not required. I asked if the service was consistent with what the vehicle manufacturer required. They rely on their in house software that stipulated the service was required. Poor service. Had to stay extra one hour due to replacing my vehicle filter with wrong product/size. Did not have enough specific oil for my vehicle. Someone had to go get the right oil from another shop. Manager did not even bother to drop by to speak to me.
