I had an excellent experience at Mr. Lube thanks to Carl. Carl provided outstanding service from start to finish professional, friendly, and genuinely focused on helping. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt confident about the work being done. It’s rare to find customer service this good. I’ll definitely be returning because of him. Highly recommended

Rude and aggressive staff! Did not have the headlight bulb in stock. I had to buy it elsewhere and when I asked them to replace it for fee, the refused! Said go and watch a Youtube video!
