I had an excellent experience at Mr. Lube thanks to Pardeep! He was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and made sure the service was done quickly and properly. It’s rare to come across such great customer service these days, and Pardeep truly went above and beyond. Highly recommend asking for him if you visit Mr. Lube!
I’ve been a Mr. Lube customer for a long time. Recently I had an oil change done and was charged $20 for an oil drain plug that the tech couldn’t find after draining my oil. When the manager Craig came over to explain to me that this charge was because they always replace the oil drain plug, I asked to see a previous receipt. No charge for oil drain plug on my last visit. Craig then changed his tune and said it’s because of the new owners they have to charge. Definitely will not be going back here… My 18 year old daughter took her car here, and they totally took advantage of her! Bullied her into having unnecessary work done, and even after she said no the first time, they still went ahead and did it, and then charged her for it! They told her she needed her engine flushed, badly. Thinking she didn’t need it done because she just had it done last time she went, she said no but they insisted.
