This was a 5 star rating, just left there only 2 cars in front of me and it still took almost 2 hrs. Not because of slow workers but because NEW OWNER cut staff manning and in two bays there was only 1 guy normally 2 per Bay so the guy doing oil also had to check tires, clean windows and go down below to check for leaks, totally degraded service, i also understand he lost numerous long term employees as he cut a popular bonus. worst service ever in my life i was here to change only 2 tires and they take 1hour 30 minutes in total and they took 1 hour after taking my vehicles 2 tired out ( 0% time management) the working employees were apologizing for getting late but the manager (greg ) was arguing and overlapping my requests to do my work a bit faster !!!!!! no one should go in here
