Never waited so long for a simple tire swap. Manager was "working" on my car. He was talking more then moving. Seems like some of his friends came over and he just stood next to my car for half an hour chitchating, Took an total of an hour and 45 min for a tire swap... Wouldn't recommend, save the time and go somewhere else. The rest of the staff were alright.
The oil change service itself was fine, everything else is a red flag for me. The clerks did try to upsell me even after a few explicit no from me. They checked air filter, and after I refused to change it they have installed it back wrong, now two of my vents do not blow air. After getting the premium oil change package that supposedly will last me 10,000 km, they have the oil change reminder sticker at 5000 km, which i assume they hope people forget about and go for an earlier oil change to spend more money. Yesterday i went there for oil change for my truck ! Everyone was kind offer me coffee too and specially divi did a great job
I went three times on the same day for the same slow leak issue. They were not able to fix it. At last, she said, "Go to a real tire shop; we are not able to find the leak." And they made the leak worse, damaged my pressure sensor, and scratched my rim. Just to cover their mistake, they wasted my four hours, pretending they were fixing it, and replaced the valve and charged me $133. You guys should change the name from Mr. Lube + Tires to Mr. Lube + Scammers. She doesn't even have an idea about what run-flat tires are. Updat... read more
