Divi was an excellent service representative, his upselling techniques were non-aggressive and genuinely seemed to be in my best interest. I would most definitely recommend this Mr. Lube. Paid 217$ after tax for a full synthetic oil change, air filter and cabin air filter change.

I would like to make this comment about the manager at Mr. Lou right here on 137. I actually came in for oil change today but I have to drive off because of his arrogancy. He was very very rude very mean very disrespectful full of anger and I was talking to him about it and he was like yes if you say, I yelled at you then I yell at you and I told him I’m like is this customer service? I took my vehicle here for service, and the very next day it started overheating. I brought it to a mechanic I trust, and he told me the thermostat had been closed. The only place that had touched my car beforehand was this Mr. Lube. The result? Nearly $2,000 in repairs to replace the entire thermostat assembly.
