Disappointing that Mr. Lube and Tires won't fix a flat tire! I went to have a tire plugged from a screw in my tire and a slow leak, I was told NO he can't because it's a bald tire.... I just had new tires put on last fall? I asked for the tread depth and he was quick to falsify the reading and said it was 4mm (5/32nds), when I measured it later on, the reading was 7/32nds. Was here a few months ago and service wasn't great but thought i would try again. Sold me air filters they didn't have and then would call when in but never did. Service is worse now. Was not worth waiting anymore after I waited 20 mins to be told to wait another 10-15 and that was also over 20 Mins while 2 people hid in the office and 3 people looked lost au the front of the vehicles in the bays and another new one was hanging signs. I waited for more than 90 minutes at this location. After about 20 minutes, an attendant came and only told me to keep waiting. When the technician finally arrived, I was told that because of a small puncture in one tire, I would need to replace all four tires due to safety regulations. I understand that safety is important, but it would have been much better if this had been explained to me before I waited for so long. Went in for a tire check and found out mine were pretty worn out. They gave me good/better/best options and explained everything based on my budget. No pressure at all, which I appreciated. They even offered a payment plan, which made it easier to go ahead with new tires. Smooth experience overall.
Came in for an oil change and they checked all my fluids. The manager came by to make sure everything was done properly and asked if I had any concerns. They also gave simple advice about keeping up with regular maintenance so the car runs smooth.”
