Avoid this place, especially if you are a woman, because they go to great lengths to upsell you. The first time i brought in my 2012 Cadillac SRX I was talked into a $700 service from a basic oil change. I was told I had no oil left showing on the dipstick. The second time, I refused an additional $300 service for the front and rear “differentials”. Then they drained my battery during the oil change so my vehicle wouldn’t start. I came in early in the morning and Tristan helped me with the inspection of my tires and gave me reasonable quotes for new tires, I really appreciate the honesty and professionalism these guys have, would definitely be coming back.
Got an oil change and tire rotation here yesterday. Was blown away. Dealt with Tristan, who I believe was a manager. The whole experience was great start to finish. They really know how to treat customers here. Not a lot of upsell, and great attention to detal. Very prompt and efficient. I'll be going here for my oil changes from now on.
