Extremely Unprofessional and Unsafe Service :( We came to Mr. Lube Sage Hill to have our winter tires changed, expecting professional service based on all the good reviews — but it turned out to be one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had. After the service, we discovered that a lug nut was loose, which is a serious safety issue. When we returned to report it, instead of taking responsibility, the staff were rude and defensive, even claiming we had arrived without the nut, which makes no sense. They even offer refreshments and snacks as soon as you arrive, such a nice touch! They always do exactly what you ask, but go above and beyond in a way that feels caring, not pushy.
