This is one of the worst companies you'll ever deal with. They use deceptive advertising, offering attractive prices, but then, after the job is done and you pay, they inflate the prices and add extra charges not mentioned in the initial agreement. Don't be fooled by their advertising; it's the worst place for oil changes and tire repairs in St. Catharines. Did you know they charge you for using the tools they used for the oil change or tire repair? And that's just a small sample of their many other practices.
I had a great experience with Mr. Lube + Tires. I needed new tires and they were able to find me a good set at a very reasonable price. I also had a flat tire, and they were kind enough to fix it for free as a temporary solution while I was sorting out the new tires. The staff were helpful, honest, and focused on getting me back on the road without trying to upsell me. I really appreciated their customer service and fair pricing.
