Amazing customer service from one of the manager's who did my oil change, I believe his name is TJ who told me he came from a different location in North Vancouver. Very friendly, professional and honest. Only location I will go to for Mr. Lube, I have not had positive experiences at other locations, but this location is very well managed, they get the job done well and they are the best quick oil change shop out there. 10/10 recommend, will not go anywhere else.
