Great service!
I went in for a simple nail removal from my front passenger wheel. While they removed it, they scratched my alloy rim. After I sent pictures as requested, they asked me to bring the car back for review. When I went back, the staff were extremely rude. They took pictures of my car without my consent, and one even entered my car to check the mileage without asking. Instead of taking responsibility, they blamed me for the damage, spoke in a very disrespectful way, and made me feel humiliated as a customer. Worst service experie... read more
Worst customer service. I went to enquire about an issue with my transmission and the staff member was so uncourteous that he straight up refused to even have a look and asked me to go to Mr. Transmission with my issue instead. Mr.Lube should just shut the store if they are not interested in entertaining customers. Extremely disappointed.
