If you want to be lied to about what your vehicle needs then this is the place to go. I was told my engine filter needed to be changed as it was 80% used. I decided not to get it changed right then. When I went to another location to get it changed I was told that it is almost new and that I definitely don’t need a new one for a while.
I just had the most lovely experience at this location! All staff I interacted with were kind, respectful and knowledgeable. I never felt pressured to add on any services. The employees were very welcoming and full of smiles. Thank you for serving my vehicle with such a positive and friendly attitude!
These guys are scammers. They quoted me 70 bucks for a standard oil change, I accepted, they drained my oil and replaced it, then realized it was the wrong oil and said my car needed a different kind. Only issue is the new oil that my car “needs” only comes in a 145 dollars package. Literally drained the oil in my car so I couldn’t leave and then forced me to pay double the price of what I was quoted. I came here on a Saturday afternoon to get a valve stem replaced on my car. They told me they could fix it for $85. Yes, I couldn’t believe it. I left wondering how they could charge such a fee for such a simple fix. I got it fixed next day Sunday at Costco for $15. If you want to support this business practice go ahead. Not me, not ever again.
First time getting my oil changed at Mr. Lube and I’m impressed. Ethan was very friendly, attentive, and explained each service clearly. My car runs smoother after the oil change. Excellent service, I’ll definitely be back!
