It took close to 2 hours for a tire change, edit they said 45 minutes when we first arrived and once inside it took over 2 hours so about 3 times as long as expected
I came for a tire change this morning and they wasted my time and $100 for a "service" that never happened. The $100 isn't the problem here. Just gonna keep it short. If you're trying to do a tire change in this place, do yourself a favor and just go somewhere else to save you the time and money. They're charging $195 for 4 tires without rims. Waited 45 min for an oil change and then they didn't have the correct filter in stock. Who doesn't stock jeep filters. Will not return, wasted my morning. Would give zero stars of o could.

I changed my oil on October 4, 2025 ( Chevrolet Cruze 2017), and tried to participate in the “Free Wiper Blades” promotion. Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed that the wiper blades were not installed and that I was only provided with the correct size but with incompatible mounts. I was told that I would need to purchase the proper ones myself elsewhere. I honestly didn’t expect this kind of approach or level of service, especially as part of a promotional offer.
