First time getting my oil changed at Mr. Lube and I’m impressed. Ethan was very friendly, attentive, and explained each service clearly. My car runs smoother after the oil change. Excellent service, I’ll definitely be back!
If i could give 0 stars Iwould. Excluysively do my vehicle oil changes at ML and when i put my foot down on an extra charge that was clearly made up. (They said every ML does this on every oil change but i had TWO receipts in which it didnt happen) Then they said it was only edmonton ML that had this training trying to sewer another location (Regina), and then i show a receipt from Red Deer and Amarjit the manager gets mad bcuz 2 different oil changes (the only 2 the vehicles had as its still unde 50,000km) did not have this... read more
Needed an oil change and tires torqued been going to 34th Ave & Gateway Mr Lube sense moving to Edmonton ,happy with the excellent costumer service I received today from Ethan. No pushing extra services I know I wouldn’t need ,yet showed me the state of filters etc , The manager and his team have excellent costumer service skills which is a dying quality these days.
