Was needing my tires re-torqued after a tire rotation, to ensure road safety. Was asked if I received the initial service from them. I did not, but was willing to pay to have the re-torquing done. Was advised that they couldn’t because it was a liability, however, in the past, other locations have had no problem doing this for me. When I said this to him, he replied “then go there” and walked away. Extreme rude and unprofessional. A shame he couldn’t just be a decent person and help a fellow human out. One thing I would say this guys they don’t have enough experience even for a basic oil change ! One of the young fellows they had there he didn’t tight the oil filter he forgot and he spilled oil all over my engine ! It’s unfortunate they have this young fellows working there without any experience!
