First time changing oil and tires at Mr. Lube. I just walked in, placed my car in one of the stalls and while I was in the car they changed oil and tires. Wyatt was professional and knowledgeable. Although he was asked to speed up, he prioritized quality and that is more valuable than speed. After all my life is in the car. Excellent service Wyatt! Quite expensive for a nail in the tire but was grateful they could fix it.
I visited Mr. Lube after purchasing a new tire because all season tire life expired. I asked him to replace only the wheel with new ones, but he asked for $200. I said it was unfair, but he didn't listen to me and I already waited an hour, so I just proceeded. I will never visit Mr. Lube again and I will not recommend it to those around me
Max was very friendly and provided excellent service.
I pulled into the garage bay at 3pm. They took my tires off ASAP and then I waited 2 hours to get them put back on. No explanation. After about an hour I asked how much longer and was told my car was next. I didnt pull out of the garage until 5pm. They also filled my tires to 300 PSI and I had to bring them down to 245 PSI when I got home. Very friendly staff and retorque was quick so giving it 3 star.
