Jasmandeep was amazing, helped me learn stuff about my car and provied quick service.
Beware they try to upsell on nearly everything they can find. Will most definitely take advantage of you if they think you are not knowledgeable about cars. After my visit today I will not be returning. From my last oil change the price went up $45 they then proceeded to try and sell me on a flush which they quoted $70 for 2. After declining they then proceeded to tell me I need a new oil plug for pro-cautionary measure as it’s recommended because it’s “plastic”. I went for a simple oil change and was completely unhappy and unsatisfied. A lot of upselling, they keep upselling additional services that I already said NO. The technicians are not focused on work they do, they walk around everywhere. The technician assigned to do oil change to my vehicle dissapears and another one replace him. When the receipt was issued, it says oil filter was changed and windshield wiper fluid was topped up, but I did not see them do all these things. Service was fast, techs were polite and friendly. Reason for 2 stars is I brought my car for an oil change, its a 2017 model year. The tech informed me that there was no oil on the dipstick and tried to sell me on a maintenance package that would fix the issue. I declined the service as I doubted the no oil on the dipstick due to the low kms and how the vehicle has been maintained. A few weeks later, I brought my 2023 model year truck in for an oil change.
