They did a great job!! They were very accommodating and informative. They recommended a few things for me but weren't pushy.
In June 2025, my BMW X1 had a puncture on one tire. In the interest of convenience, I went to Mr. Lube on 130th Ave. I was told that the puncture was not repairable, despite it being on the contact patch. Upon their advice, I purchased 4 new Hercules tires and installation. At 30,000 KM, one tire developed a bulge on the sidewall. I returned to Mr. Lube and was advised that there was no warranty, resulting from my failure to rotate the tires every 10,000 km. Service was good, pricing was reasonable, the issue I have is the upselling, it borders on predatory. Let me explain. While they were changing my oil the first attendant asked me if I wanted my differentials oil checked (It's a 4 wheel drive) and I declined. While I was waiting 3 different other attendants came up to the truck at seperate times and asked if I would like the diff oils serviced. They were all trying to sell me a package to change the oils.
