Had a wonderful experience at Mr lube . I got a flat tire out of nowhere, everything was close . Called Mr lube they were also closing in 3 mins , still when I reached there Abdullah tried his best to convince his on duty manager Brian to help us with replacing the with spare tire just so I can reach home safely . Really appreciate their kindness and help even when they were closed . Alexis repalced the tire in no minute . I had my vehicle serviced this morning at Mr. Lube (Ajax, Salem and Rossland Rd East) by Abdullah, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The service was excellent and incredibly quick. Abdullah was polite, professional, and courteous throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!
Great service! Polite and knowledgeable staff. Even drove the car in for me because I clearly can't drive straight 😆 🤣 Amazing experience will make this my go to spot for reliable service. DIRU has a plethora of knowledge very polite young man.
I had Dru as my service associate. Honestly soooo good! I’m always weary about going to Mr Lube because all of the upsells - but he was super knowledgeable and honest about all the services my car needed, got me coffee and changed my wiper blades! Best service I’ve had at a Mr. Lube! Definitely will be back.
