Shameful business. My friend’s car was fine before coming here, and after their “service” the engine was smoking and shaking. No accountability, no help.
Terrible experience at Mr. Lube. My friend went in for a simple engine oil change, and within one day, the engine was damaged. Despite having an invoice that clearly states a warranty, Mr. Lube is now refusing to take responsibility. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Be very cautious before trusting them with your vehicle.
Mr. Lube promises warranty on paper but refuses it in reality. After their service, the engine developed serious problems, and instead of honoring what’s written on the invoice, they twisted words. What kind of nonsense is that? A warranty should mean responsibility — here it means nothing. Don’t trust them with your car.
⚠️ I would never trust this Mr. Lube location. My friend took his car here for a routine service, and within days the engine started having major issues — smoke, vibration, and awful smell. He reached out to them by email and they completely ignored him instead of taking responsibility. This shows a total lack of professionalism. If you care about your vehicle, stay away from this place.
❌ Avoid Avoid Avoid ❌ This Mr. Lube loves to talk about their “warranty,” but when a real problem happens, they run away from it. My invoice clearly shows warranty, yet when the engine failed right after their oil change, they tried to play games, not take the responsibility of damage caused in the engine itself. Ridiculous excuse. If they can’t even stand behind the work they advertise, then their so-called warranty means nothing. Totally dishonest and irresponsible.
