The staff here stole 4 of my manufacturer original valve caps and replaced with 4 generic black valve caps. That’s the lowest class act that I can ever think of. Risking this brand’s reputation for barely noticeable profit. Pathetic.
pulled in for a leaking tire, was told to wait 10-15 mins. After 50 mins of being parked and watching 4 other cars come in AFTER me and being serviced immediately. One of them came to my car and said what can I help you with?... Again I told the tech I have a leaking tire and need it fixed. He said your tire's tread is too low and we cant fix it. It would have been really nice if this was mentioned to me before waiting almost an hour in the parking lot. Been here a few times before for oil changes and other standard services... read more
