Very honest workers, did not pressure me to do additional work.
Lat year I got a flat tire and got it fixed at this location for $40. Yesterday, I got a flat tire from a nail and went to this location to fix the tire. A different guy tried to charge me a $35 inspection fee (to inspect a singular nail), and $75 to fix it. I refused and went to Big West Ford and paid half of what they charged me to fix it. The fact that it is usually $40-60 to fix a tire and they were charging half of the cost of a brand new tire is insane. I think because I was a younger girl that they tried to scam me.
I'm not sure if ownership or management changed recently, but I attended here last Saturday for an oil change and was told my transmission fluid needed to be changed, and I was also told I should get the rust spray for the underside of my car. So I did the services without researching and paid almost $700. I was asked to come back in a couple days to re-check my transmission fluid as it was so dirty and they would do it again for free if needed.
