I have been going to Mr Lube on Arbutus for several years. I recently had an oil change at this location. It was very busy with a 50% off any oil change promotion. I felt so valued and taken care of. Several staff came by to make sure I was informed of my place in the queue. I was offered water and a snack. Everyone was so friendly! I was in/out in 25 minutes. They checked everything and didn’t try to upsell any unnecessary air filters, etc. I had a WOW experience. Thanks to all the staff. H.
I highly recommend this location! Bali was absolutely amazing and topped up all my fluids and even got rid of my tire sensor light by equalizing the air in all my tires. I had a transmission flush and swapped out my tires and their service was quick and thorough. Recommend!! Above and beyond service.
