Amazing service, amazing people.
I had a phenomenal service here by Alex and his team. They were very quick, thorough, and friendly. The experience was very easy and enjoyable. Definitely will be getting my next service here. Highly recommend this location!!
I don’t recommend coming to this location (previous employee). Reasons to avoid this location: 1. The manager encourages technicians to scam and upsell everyone . 2. Every year they increase the price for each oil change package. Words out of managers mouth “the customers are dumb they won’t notice” - Alex saba 3.when certain oil like 5-30 runs out , they mix in loose bottles of oil (5w-40- 10w30) to the BULK tank. I typically don't write reviews for businesses, but I feel compelled to share my recent experience. I had a tire slowly leaking air and searched online for the nearest tire shop with the best reviews. Mr. Lube was the top result on Google, and upon arriving, I saw that many technicians were available. As someone who doesn't know much about tires, I felt that they didn't thoroughly investigate the cause of the leak. Last Saturday I brought my car in to simply switch out the winter tires. Usually a pretty quick process in my past experiences with this Mr Lube store. However I noticed the service advisor was struggling with taking the driver side front tire out for a noticeable long time. I asked him if everything is ok and he replied one of the nuts was put in too tight. He subsequently checked the system record to find out who was the last service advisor.
