Not highly recommended… I had my oil changed here. Poor customer service, staff not willing to speak in English, doesn’t feel like they want maintain Canadian standard.

Total fraud and negligence! Never go to Mister Lube! I came in for a simple oil change, order #20205849. Instead of doing the job properly, they started “sucking out” the oil from the top and didn’t even remove the underbody shield to change the filter. I noticed it but assumed they would do it later. I was wrong. Then things got even worse. The employee entered the mileage incorrectly: my car had 31,700 km, but he recorded 11,000 km! They said my oil burned after 2k KM Also manager said i need to change oil every 6 months Totally lies I use OW-30 Castrol EDGE Super disappointed Always was a customer of that store
