What your staff either failed to recognize—or chose to ignore—is that the oil life indicator had not been reset after the previous oil change done at this same location. Went today with my kid and Maddy was our girl. Absolutely love her. Shes so positive and was making us laugh the entire time. An outstanding young lady who has the entire would at her fingertips.
