I am extremely disappointed in the knowledge of the staff at this location. Someone I know has had their vehicle written off due to lack of knowledge. Plus tried upselling my girlfriend a $100 air filter, truly wish businesses like this would be shut down
Was there this evening at 6:30 to get tires I bought elsewhere and put on my car staff was polite great very efficient just to know you can't book A Time. Even got new wipers. Definitely would go back
My tire was leaking air and I could not figure it why. It was late after work and everywhere I went was closed or booked up. I call these guys and they were more than happy for me to come down and take a peek. When I arrived, 2 cars were being worked on ahead of me, yet they got to me in a timely manner. Unfortunately my thread was too low for them to work on, But the manager was incredible. Explaining everything clearly about whats going with the tire, gave me a card of their main mechanic they recommend and even filled it ... read more
Got a very good experience here getting an oil change on my truck from Raman, he went over all the basics and then went above and beyond with his customer service skills and added value to his service !
