Courteous service, efficient oil change, and all the standard services offered by Mr. Lube as they should be. Lost 2 stars because of unscrupulous across-the-board misrepresentation of the state of affairs on my vehicle: * Claimed my oil was at the minimum level (never showed me the ship stick) and the system needed to be flushed.
