I went to Mr. Lube for a tire change back in the spring, and the service took twice as long as expected. On top of that, the cost was significantly higher than what I would have paid at the dealership. What concerned me most was being shown a picture of the underside of a car with lots of rust and being told I needed a rust-proofing coating.
