The customer experience that I had today at Mr Lube on 16 Ave NE was exceptional. Above and Beyond!!! I sincerely thank Prashant the lead supervisor and his team for being super kind and welcoming even though I came in at 7:50pm just 10 minutes before they close for the day. They did not hurry, took their time and gave me sincere advice against repairing the flat tire and put on the spare tire and DID NOT CHARGE ME for their service.
