Sandeep & Avi gave excellent service :)
I had an excellent experience at Mr Lube thanks to Prashant. He was incredibly kind, efficient, and gave great service from start to finish. He took care of my vehicle right away, kept the process moving quickly, and had a genuinely friendly attitude the whole time. It is rare to find someone who balances speed and top-notch customer service so well. I highly recommend asking for Prashant if you visit Mr. Lube Mountain View!

Summer washer fluid has always been free. The difference should at least be communicated before charging. Kleenflo price increase: On a previous visit, Kleenflo Engine Flush was $19.99 and Friction Shield was $29.99. This visit they were $34.99 and $39.99 — a 75% increase. When I raised this concern, I was told it's due ... read more
