I came in because one of my tires is low in air and I immediately thought it has a hole and needed to be patched. I was told they could not patch it because the tread on my tires is already low, which I understand. The frustrating part is that I already know my tires need to be replaced. I literally have an appointment tomorrow to have all four tires replaced, and everything is already paid for. This Mr lube location was the closest to me when my car started dying on me on 16th ave. It ended up being my battery. Even though I probably could have bought a battery myself and installed it myself the service I received from Prashant was excellent. Friendly and honest. Would definitely would come back to this location.
We came to Calgary for the weekend for our yearly anniversary trip to the mountains in Canmore, and unfortunately, our trip took an unexpected turn when we got a flat tire on our way back from the mountains Friday evening. 😅 We called around to several places looking to have two new rear tires installed and were so grateful that Mr. Lube + Tires on 16th Ave was able to get us in within about two hours on a Saturday. I didn’t buy tires or get an oil change here but I needed a retorque of the wheels and they were more than happy to help at no cost. Both employees that I interacted with were very helpful, kind, and informative. If I lived in Calgary and wasn’t just driving through, I’d take my car here for service.
