Krunal was great. On my way to America and got a low tire pressure. They got me in quickly and was on my way to the states.
Called Saturday around 11, they got me in right away. Pair of front tires install and balance was under 45 mins as promised.

Once a loyal customer, no longer interested in doing any business with this company. A small fix that should have costed $35 ended up costing me $200. I was not given any options and they replaced a perfectly good working part with a brand new one. I'm sure they will sell my "old" parts as "refurbished" or "like" new. I find this tactic unprofessional unfair and exploitative and should be illegal in ontario!
