Took my car in for oil change and swap tires and my car is leaking fluid.
They wrecked my engine! After I went there for an oil change my vehicle started leaking oil and eventually became more than a $2000 fix from a different repair shop!
The Mr Lube team failed to identify the summer tires when they swapped the summer to winter tires...again even when requested to do so. Disappointing!!
So i got my oil change from mr lube london road 2 months back, They dint close the screw properly and it was leaking , i dint know about this And the check oil pressure light was blinking, i dint have any option i kept on filling the oil to the level I was afraid that it was a leakage And long story short i did the next oil change elsewhere and they told me the oil screw was not tight enough and they unscrewed it BY HAND i dint complain about it and left it I understand that people make mistakes BUT, i had the worst experien... read more
Very dissapointed with the level of customer service and care provided by management. I bought tires on october 1st that had manufacture defects in them not allowing them to balance correctly. After attempting to get the tires balanced 4 times to no avail i asked for a " good " set of tires to be ordered in or a refund issued. I was told this is the busy season and itll take 30-45days for replacements or refund to given to me. It took until nov 12th for this to be handled and i wasnt even refunded the entire amount.
