First time going to Mr. Lube. I had just purchased extended warranty for my car and first thing I was told to do was get warranty approved service. Oil change, filter change, all fluids, the works. Khush made my experience incredible. I'll admit I was a bit sceptical at first, but Khush made sure to explain everything to me as well as show me exactly what was going to be done and why. He took his time, and even got me water! Definitely will be back.
Great customer service! I had an oil change here about two weeks ago. There was a small oil leakage first, and I wrote the feedback online. The manager responded very fast and got the problem fixed on the same day. That’s the responsible action we need. Thank you.
i brought my car for the first time here to have an oil change and all the personels are very accomodating especially the guy named vivek , he really knows his job and did some other inspections to my car.
Ekam/Ekram and everyone was very friendly. They realized ai don't know anything about cars so they helped and made me feel it's okay. He explained very well what was the problem and because it was just minor reset he did, he also checked the oil, he didn't make me pay. Thank you so much. I will surely come back to this location.
