hey were very respectful and polite. However, they attempted to sell me services that are not recommended by the manufacturer for my vehicle’s current mileage. For example, they suggested a rear differential oil change even though my car has only 31,000 kilometers, while the factory recommendation is to change it at 60,000 kilometers. Overall, although they were courteous, I did not feel the recommendations were fully honest. At the end they forgot to reset my oil change signal and I have to return back to them to do it
I went into Mr Lube, today, to have my winter tires swapped out. Kyle, our technician, was extremely knowledgable. He checked our fluids, and filters. He replaced the engine filter, flushed and changed the oil. Topped up the transmission fluid. We also received a complimentary top up of engine coolant. If you want friendly, efficient, reasonably priced service, and a complimentary beverage, I would highly recommend Kyle at Mr Lube!
