I went to Mr. Lube on Rochdale for a tire swap and balancing, my PREVIOUS go to and while the service itself seemed fine, the follow-up was completely unacceptable. At 8:30 PM, I received a call accusing me of “underpaying” by $18 and even being told I had “shorted” them. Let’s be clear—I paid the amount I was told at the time of service.
