Very disappointing experience. I went to Mr. Lube to get my tire checked because the low air pressure warning kept coming on. The technician told me there was nothing wrong and that their machine showed the pressure was fine — even though I could clearly see it was low. He brushed it off as a sensor issue. The next day, I went to a different shop for a second opinion, and they immediately found a leak in the tire. So how did the technician at Mr. Lube completely miss it? Very positive experience. I called to clarify the services and prices and they went out of their way to make sure I had all the correct information and asked me questions to clarify make and model of vehicle. Pulled up and they addressed the oil change and gave me a good idea of what the car needs, what's good and where things are at overall. Very professional and effective.
